This High Precision 0.0001mm Centerless Grinding Machines is a high-performance, high-precision and high-efficiency centerless grinding machine developed by us. The machine tool bed is made with German cast iron technology and is precisely processed by our own Haitian gantry machining center to ensure accuracy. The entire machine is equipped with electrical facilities from Siemens, and the grinding wheel spindle adopts a Taiwanese brand.

The guide rail surface undergoes high-frequency quenching, precision grinding, and manual scraping, with high wear resistance and rigidity. Stable bed structure design, the machine tool has extremely high overall accuracy.

The spindle seat of 18 series manual centerless grinding machine adopts a high hydrostatic pressure patent, which can form a high-pressure oil film of 20-25KG/cm2, allowing the spindle to suspend in it. During operation, there is no contact or friction with the spindle seat, resulting in high rigidity and no wear, ensuring high-precision machining and ultra long working life.

The core shaft of the hydrodynamic main shaft is made of SNCM-220H alloy steel and processed through more than ten procedures. It is manually and repeatedly matched, ground, scraped and assembled with alloy bearings, and is equipped with a lubrication system to ensure the rotational accuracy and rigidity of the main shaft.

3. Rolling bearing main shaft

The trimming seat is cast from a special alloy and hand-scratched. It is driven by variable-speed hydraulic power and can also be driven by a servo motor equipped with a precision ball screw to achieve stepless speed regulation.

5. Grinding wheel and guide wheel dressing

According to the requirements of the workpiece grinding process, the dressing of grinding wheels and guide wheels is divided into diamond pen dressing, diamond disc dressing, and diamond profile roller dressing. In special circumstances, the diamond disc dressing wheel can be replaced.
