A centerless grinding machine is a high-precision machine tool that can perform external cylindrical grinding without workpiece axis positioning. It uses the three core components—grinding wheel, guide wheel, and support plate—to collaboratively position and process the workpiece, making it suitable for high-volume, high-efficiency, and high-precision external cylindrical, conical, and irregularly shaped parts.

Core Structure

The centerless grinding machine mainly consists of a grinding wheel assembly, guide wheel assembly, support plate, bed, cooling system, and control system (manual/CNC).
